In terms of shareholding, CapitaLand will hold 50% in this joint venture while UOL and SingLand jointly owning 50% will complete ownership of this joint venture project.

According to a press statement issued on June 27 by property researchers, Tampines North’s growth necessitates over 1,190 homes that meet evolving lifestyle demands for its growing residential population.

Property analysts anticipate this project meeting the pent-up demand in Outside Central Region(OCR) for private homes from owner occupants and HDB upgraders; its connection with the future Tampines North MRT station on the Cross Island Line (CRL) should only add appeal.
